About the Role

Join HealthPartners as a Per Diem Pharmacist – Day/Evening & Weekend Shifts in United States. Regions Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center serving adults and children in Minnesota and western Wisconsin for more than 150 years, is looking for a Per Diem Pharmacist in Outpatient and Medication History. Available shifts include day/evening and weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE

• accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

• Currently functioning in an outpatient/retail or medication history capacity.

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota. Preferred Qualifications:
