About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services in Danville, Virginia. The role covers Caswell, Person, and Orange counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence or equivalent education and experience.
• Computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
