Coordinates and implements strategies to ensure quality and cost-effective oncology care from diagnosis through survivorship and end-of-life. Provides patient and family education, emotional support, and facilitates access to psychosocial resources through multidisciplinary collaboration.
Requires a BSN and a current Illinois RN license, with typically 5+ years of clinical experience in oncology. Must have CPR certification and obtain OCN or Nurse Navigator certification within two years of hire.
