Girling Home Care of NY is looking for an experienced and reliable Registered Nurse to conduct home visits in NYC. The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.

• Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).

• Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs.

• Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.

Requirements

• Lingual preferred (but, not a requirement) Salary Range: $80

• $100 per visit, depending on the type of visit.

• Please note visit rates may vary depending on location, type of visit, and population.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
