Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist Informaticist will provide technical expertise and operational support for Epic-based applications to the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy team. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless integration of clinical workflows with technology solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and measurable outcomes in ambulatory care settings.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and hold a Virginia Pharmacist License, along with at least two years of pharmacist experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Required experience includes technical expertise in Epic, IT project development, protocol development, or clinical informatics, plus proficiency in SQL and HL7 standards.
