Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and patient evaluations.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
• Prior home health experience required.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience.
• Graduation from accredited occupational therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
