The Therapist provides recovery-focused clinical services, including diagnostic assessments and the development of individual treatment plans for clients with mental illness and substance abuse issues. They are responsible for managing a caseload, providing clinical direction to staff, and implementing evidence-based practices and crisis interventions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in behavioral science and be registered with MHACBO or be a licensed/intern therapist in Oregon. A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and proficiency in electronic documentation are also required.
