General Description The primary responsibility of the float therapist position is to provide individual, group and family therapy across all levels of care within the agency.

Requirements
- Master's Degree (or a clinical trainee) plus two years of experience in child and youth services or a related field.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials required (LGSW, LICSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or LP) (
- Minimum starting pay: $50,000 graduate level, $58,656 master's level and $67,000 for a fully licensed therapist
- Clinical supervision available for undergraduate and graduate program internships, staff seeking Mental Health Practitioner status, and for therapy staff seeking licensure
