Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution (Required)

Current Ohio pharmacist license (Required)

Basic Life Support Certification—current or obtained during the orientation period (unless greater than 50% of scheduled work hours, as determined by the manager, are completed off

site or not in a patient care setting)

Full-time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
