Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and consultation services in compliance with professional standards and facility policies.

Deliver direct clinical services, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation as required to meet mental health service needs.

Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of care and participate in case staffing and quality improvement activities.

Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services provided and assist with staff recruitment and selection.

Requirements

Education.

Doctorate in psychology and experience with mental health delivery systems.

Experience.

Significant professional experience in the mental field that indicates knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques, including psychological assessment instruments.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess a Doctorate in psychology along with significant professional experience demonstrating knowledge of diagnosis, treatment of psychological disorders, and psychological evaluation techniques, including assessment instruments. A current license to practice psychology in the state of employment is mandatory.
