Key Responsibilities

The occupational therapist is responsible for assessing patients and administering prescribed therapy modalities to restore physical function and alleviate pain. They also supervise support staff and collaborate with physicians and families to develop and implement effective treatment and discharge plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a current state license and NBCOT certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and at least one year of experience is preferred.
