Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and independence. They will also provide evidence-based interventions and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania with strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Experience or comfort working with older adults in post-acute or skilled nursing facility settings is required.
