Key Responsibilities

  • cause analysis and quality improvement processes, review of ISMP medication safety alerts and participating in both TJC preparation and eCQM compliance.

Requirements

  • REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy, OR Master's Degree with completion of a residency in the assigned clinical area or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years previous hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist – One (1) year previous hospital experience and two (2) years previous outpatient experience.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
