Key Responsibilities
- cause analysis and quality improvement processes, review of ISMP medication safety alerts and participating in both TJC preparation and eCQM compliance.
Requirements
- REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Doctor of Pharmacy, OR Master's Degree with completion of a residency in the assigned clinical area or equivalent experience.
- Two (2) years previous hospital pharmacy experience.
- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist – One (1) year previous hospital experience and two (2) years previous outpatient experience.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
