About the Role
Join University of Iowa as a Clinical Pharmacist – M-F Schedule, Holiday Coverage in United States. The University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center Downtown (MCD) of Pharmacy is seeking a 100%25-time Clinical Pharmacist. The pharmacist in this position carries out the pharmacy practice responsibilities for the Department of Pharmaceutical Care at the Medical Center Downtown.
Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the operation of a Pharmacy that provides a full complement of drug therapy monitoring, drug dispensing and quality control services.

Requirements
- Pharm. D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and one year of applicable experience is required. Experience Requirements
- Current licensure by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Desired Qualifications
- Health system pharmacy experience is desirable.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
