About the Role

Join Druid City Vital Care as a Pharmacist in United States. Join Druid City Infusion — part of the Vital Care Infusion Services network! We’re a rapidly growing home and alternate-site infusion therapy provider delivering compassionate, high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions right in patients’ homes or local clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive medication reviews and offer patient consultations to optimize drug therapy management.

Assess patients’ clinical condition by reviewing lab results and vital signs to determine the suitability of home infusion therapy.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop individualized therapy plans.

Educate patients and caregivers on correct medication administration, storage, potential side effects, and possible complications.

Requirements

Ability to remain standing and/or sitting for extended periods while performing daily tasks.

Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, computer entry, handling medications, and operating various pharmacy

related equipment.

Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 20

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
