We’re a rapidly growing home and alternate-site infusion therapy provider delivering compassionate, high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions right in patients’ homes or local clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medication reviews and offer patient consultations to optimize drug therapy management.
- Assess patients’ clinical condition by reviewing lab results and vital signs to determine the suitability of home infusion therapy.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop individualized therapy plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on correct medication administration, storage, potential side effects, and possible complications.
Requirements
- Ability to remain standing and/or sitting for extended periods while performing daily tasks.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, computer entry, handling medications, and operating various pharmacy
- related equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 20
