Join Daniel Memorial as a Wraparound Coordinator – M-F, No Weekends in Jacksonville, Florida. Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm - some evening/weekend work required. Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED, and at least 1+ years' experience working or living with children / families with complex emotional needs.

The Wraparound Coordinator facilitates the wraparound process by developing individualized plans based on the strengths and needs of children with mental health diagnoses. They coordinate multi-agency services and lead Child and Family Teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a valid Florida driver's license and the ability to transport clients. Preference is given to candidates with 1-3 years of experience with families with complex emotional needs or TCM certification.
