Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker II assesses the patient's psychological situation to provide recommendations to medical personnel. This role also involves providing direct services to ensure the patient makes the best use of healthcare services, including safe and timely discharges.

Requirements

A Master's Degree from an Accredited School of Social Work is required, along with two years of experience as a Medical Social Worker. A Pennsylvania Social Worker License and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification are preferred.
