About the Role

Full-time Pediatric Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children's Wisconsin. Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in a 76-bed unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner in care management for neonatal patients.
• Work 12-hour shifts with options for rotating day/night or straight nights.
• Participate in every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations.
• Provide coordination and delegation within the care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• Wisconsin RN license.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification within 1 year.
• Commitment to assigned schedule for at least 18 months post-orientation.
