Requirements

Candidates must be a Master's-prepared Nurse Practitioner with current FL RN/APRN licenses and certification, or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification and FL registration. Active BLS certification and DEA registration are required, with previous hematology/oncology or transplant experience being preferred.
