Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and coach clients on the intended outcome or adverse reaction of treatment options.
  • Ability to seamlessly provide care in various mediums such as video, chat, phone and in person sessions.
  • Master all technical tools including EMR (our proprietary clinical management system), Video, iChat, onsite lab tests, and pharmacy.
  • Knowledgeable in psychotherapy techniques and medication management

Requirements

  • Display a high degree of compassion and caring.
  • Deliver a consistent and high quality ZoomCare experience to all patients using ZoomCareCare tools and methodologies.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN), preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
  • Board Certified or Board certified eligible Psychiatrist within 3 months of employment, including relevant subspecialties.
  • All medical providers must be eligible as a provider for Medicare or complete Medicare credentialing requirements prior to hire.

Benefits & Compensation

  • COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • Base Salary $140,000 - $163,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week
  • Bonus potential of $10,000 annually
  • Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible roles
  • 401K with 4% employer match

Work Schedule

  • SCHEDULE & LOCATION
  • Wednesday - Saturday; 34 hours per week
  • Hybrid Schedule (Must be located in Oregon with the ability to go into a clinic located in the Portland, Oregon metro area ~1 shift a week)
  • Provide complete charts and supportive care responsibilities (callbacks/follow up) on a daily basis.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work the assigned shifts.
  • Know how to provide a focused and goal oriented session (Labs and medications when medically appropriate) in a one-stop experience for the patient.
