Behavioral Health Clinician

Join Choptank Community Health System as a Behavioral Health Clinician – Full-Time in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing measurement-based care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.

• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and short-term therapeutic support as needed.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MD Mental Health policies and procedures.

• Knowledge and experience with evidence-based practices, including trauma informed care, substance use treatment, and/or co-occurring disorders.

• Strong clerical/administrative skills including computer skills. Electronic Health Record knowledge preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based healthcare environment.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $76,843 - $115,264
