Job Description: Position Summary Under the leadership of the IRU department director, the Staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for supporting the mission of the hospital by providing quality occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience Must have demonstrated track record of effective collaboration with care team members of all disciplines and ability to function optimally as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, family members, and visitors.

• Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner, verbally and in writing.

• Basic computer skills and word processing skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $61.75 - $82.59/hour.

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.
