Travel Physical Therapist(PT) - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist(PT) - Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Lewistown, MO.

Key Responsibilities

Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice.

Requirements

If a new grad, candidate will not get the clinical interview process, they will be presented to the facility for review
