Key Responsibilities

Manage daily pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, specialty medication fulfillment, ancillary supplies, warehouse, and inventory teams.

Plan, direct, and monitor daily workflow, staffing schedules, and production volume to ensure service standards and performance expectations are met.

Develop, track, and monitor team compliance with quality, service, productivity, and regulatory.
