The Unit Educator collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care while providing strategies for floor coverage. They actively mentor staff, assess learning needs, and facilitate ongoing unit education and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and hold a valid state or compact license. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is also required within 14 days of hire.
