Key Responsibilities

will provide specialized care and management for patients with acute and chronic wounds, including but not limited to pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers, and post-surgical wounds.

will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, perform wound assessments, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.

Certification in Wound Care (e. g., WCC, CWON, CWS) preferred. Experience:
