Key Responsibilities

  • will provide specialized care and management for patients with acute and chronic wounds, including but not limited to pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers, and post-surgical wounds.
  • will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, perform wound assessments, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.
