Join Mobile Health Team as a Physical Therapist- Outpatient (Varied / Rotating) in Morrisville, Vermont. Travel Physical Therapist- Outpatient (Varied / Rotating) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist- Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Morristown, VT.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to develop an individualized treatment plan.

• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing.

• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

• Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at-home exercises and self-care.

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred.

• Must have BLS/BCLS Certification.

• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $1246.00

Work Schedule

• Contract position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
