About the Role
Join Heartland Family Service as a Therapist I - Nebraska Family Works in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts a comprehensive intake interview, including DSM5 diagnostic impression and treatment recommendations.
- Establishes a treatment plan, with client participation, which specifies treatment structure, outcomes, goals and objectives.
- Provides individual and group substance abuse and mental health treatment in accordance with best practices.
- Provides counseling to individuals, couples and families in group or individual settings, within the framework of the treatment plan, monitors progress.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- LMHP and LADC preferred, may accept provisional licensure with qualified experience.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record Essential Duties and Responsibilities
