Key Responsibilities
- Optimal Care Nurse Practitioners provide primary and/or consultative professional care in a variety of care settings.
- The Nurse Practitioner will function in collaboration with physicians according to a Collaboration Arrangement.
- The Nurse Practitioner practice will focus on caring for geriatric and seriously ill populations to assist patients and families with comfort and quality of life.
