About the Role

Join Covenant Health as a CLIN SPEC-PHARMACIST in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of all pharmacist activities and performs such duties as requested.

Provide support/consultative services to physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers regarding drug therapy decisions.

Provide comprehensive inpatient/outpatient drug therapy management through physician consult.

Responsible for quality assessment, quality improvement, and written policies and procedures within specialty area.

Requirements

Demonstrates knowledge and competency in providing for age-specific needs of the population served.

Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.

Participate in community education programs to provide drug information.

Participate in the health system employee education programs to provide drug information.
