Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits within designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.

Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.
• Certificate of clinical competence or equivalent educational and work experience.
