Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate nursing staff.
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans.
• Supervise HHAs and CNAs.
• Facilitate orientation and training.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
