Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Prescribe psychiatric medications and provide psychotherapeutic interventions in accordance with Massachusetts regulations
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Coordinate care with case managers, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts nurse practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain) and controlled substance license
• Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations, including those affected by homelessness and substance use disorders
• Deliver independent care or collaborate with supervising physicians as required
