About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) in Prescott, Arizona. Work with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, crafting treatment plans and applying innovative techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care interventions.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities.
• Document care using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Arizona OT license.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Graduation from accredited OT program.
• One year OT experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills.
