Key Responsibilities

  • will include: Providing best practice assessment, intervention, and coordination of services, aids, and equipment to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care Providing strong leadership and contributing to the planning, development, and evaluation of evidence-based Speech Pathology services Working collaboratively within a friendly and welcoming interprofessional team to achieve optimal patient outcomes Building strong partnerships across Monash Health and with external stakeholders, alongside each services Managers, Clinical Coordinators and other team members Taking responsibility for relevant administrative portfolios as directed Providing clinical supervision and support to Grade 2 Speech Pathologists, students and/or Allied Health Assistants as required As a member of the Monash Health movement disorders program and broader Speech Pathology team, we are committed to working with you to become your professional best.
