Join PACS as a Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time in Hayward, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents' activities of daily living (ADLs), cognitive function, and physical capabilities.

• Goal-Oriented Planning: Create individualized treatment plans focused on restoring independence in self-care, mobility, and community reintegration.

• Therapeutic Intervention: Provide hands-on therapy, including upper extremity strengthening, fine motor coordination, and adaptive equipment training.

• Home Safety & Discharge Planning: Assess resident needs for a safe transition home, including recommending home modifications and providing family education.

Requirements

• License: Must possess a current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but we welcome passionate clinicians of all experience levels.

• Compassion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of the senior and subacute populations.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate residents toward their recovery goals.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $55.00 per hour.
