About the Role

Join LMLC OPERATIONS LLC as a MB-Kids Recreation Counselor in United States. Summary This summer position will create and facilitate summer recreation activities for kids and families participating in events at Moonlight Basin. Instructors will be part of a hospitality focused organization providing experiential adventures in one of Montana’s mountainous settings!

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate outdoor recreation activities for kids between the ages of 3

12 in various programs.

Design and implement lessons and games based around and in Montana ecosystems using provided resources.

Motivating and building an interest with outdoor group games, hiking, high ropes courses, swimming, and exploration in nature.

Requirements

Background in informal or experiential learning, summer camp, or outdoor recreation.

Undergraduate degree preferred, including being in the process of earning, or a combination of experience and education.

Enthusiasm and experience working with kids ages 5

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
