Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for home health visits in Kennebunk, Maine. You will serve adult and geriatric patients along the Coast of Maine, providing rehabilitative care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Maine license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
