Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide individualized physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes across all developmental stages. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team to document patient progress, educate families, and assist in program development.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program and possess a valid state license and CPR certification. A minimum of 6 months of experience and a valid driver's license with an operational vehicle are required.
