Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to adult inpatients in Cardiology, CTICU, and General Medic.
- Conduct complex nutrition assessments and identify nutrition diagnoses for high-acuity and medically complex.
- Provide and manage nutrition support recommendations, including enteral and parenteral nutrition, in collabo.
- provide patient/family education as appropriate.
