Join Pulse Healthcare as a Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist in United States. Job Title: Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6 Location: Mid Essex – Covering Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon and surrounding areas Start Date: ASAP Rate: £24.00–£27.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will: Assess children and young people’s speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Deliver targeted interventions for phonology, language disorders, alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), and other speech and language difficulties (excluding dysphagia).
  • Undertake Section F provisions of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Write termly care plans and detailed clinical reports.

Requirements

  • 6 months Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist to join a community-based service in Mid Essex.
  • The role is based in Chelmsford with travel required across Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon and surrounding areas.
  • This position involves working with children and young people with a range of speech, language, and communication needs, including autism and special educational needs.
