Key Responsibilities

include: Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess client’s clinical problems and health care needs.

Provides history and physical exams for new admissions.

Records physical findings, and formulates individual plan and prognosis, based on client’s condition.

Discusses case with physician, counselors, and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive client care plan.
