- Licensed Physical Therapist Maintain active license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts Required Classes/Skills
- Basic Life Support M
- 430, 1 weekend day every 4th week, 1 holiday per year Responsibilities if Required: Education if Required: License/Registration/Certification Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) (Including courses offered through SSH), INSTRUCTOR
