Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Doctoral (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university and hold an active Pharmacist license in good standing in New York State. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of full-time retail and/or specialty pharmacy experience, with 340B experience or AAHIVP certification being a plus.
