About the Role

Join InnovAge as a Physician – Geriatric PACE, No Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical care to participants, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of their medical c.

Requirements

of one year working with the frail or elderly Not on the CMS Preclusion List PREFERRED Postgraduate training in a primary care specialty, including but not limited to internal or family medicine.

Completion of post-residency training in geriatric medicine Bilingual InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, allowing them to age in their own homes and communities safely.

These centers are staffed by medical professionals who are committed to creating personalized care plans for each participant.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $137 - $156/hr
