Key Responsibilities
- Outpatient: Under the direction of supervising staff, the Mental Health Associate (MHA) will assist persons receiving outpatient services in adhering to treatment, maintaining follow
- solving and identifying potential barriers that may impact progress towards recovery. MHA may provide supportive counseling sessions and/or educational/skill
Requirements
- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health Science or related health field from an accredited institution required.
- 1-2 years prior mental health experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $20 - $27/hr
- 401(k) with employer match.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
