Key Responsibilities

• Outpatient: Under the direction of supervising staff, the Mental Health Associate (MHA) will assist persons receiving outpatient services in adhering to treatment, maintaining follow

• solving and identifying potential barriers that may impact progress towards recovery. MHA may provide supportive counseling sessions and/or educational/skill

Requirements

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health Science or related health field from an accredited institution required.

• 1-2 years prior mental health experience preferred.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $20 - $27/hr

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
