Provide emotional, social, and grief support to patients and family members, collaborating with spiritual an.

Requirements

Participate in Interdisciplinary Group meetings, identifying social-psychological issues and their interrelatedness with medical problems.

Assist in coordination and participation in Ultimate Gift Programs, such as Gift of a Day and Veteran Recognitions.

Reliable personal vehicle/transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to safely operate said vehicle to visit patients and perform job duties within the field.
