Join BronxCare Health System as a Nurse Practitioner – Bronx, Full-Time in United States. The Nurse Practitioner’s focus is on health promotion, disease prevention, health education and counseling.

Key Responsibilities

Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections and injuries.

Prescribe medications and other treatments.

Manage patients’ overall care.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, and licensed and currently registered as a Professional Nurse in the state of New York

Must pass pharmacology examination with a grade of 90%

Minimum of three (3) years experience in a healthcare setting

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner
