Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide Speech Language Pathology Assistants in delivering effective therapy services.

Evaluate and improve the performance of SLPAs and staff through ongoing feedback and development.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in speech language therapy.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Language Pathology. Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist. 3+ years of clinical experience in speech

language pathology. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. Strong communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly as either part

time or full

time based on the organization's needs. Commitment to providing quality care and fostering collaboration among team members. 1099 Contract position $80
