Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Speech Language Pathology Assistants in delivering effective therapy services.

• Evaluate and improve the performance of SLPAs and staff through ongoing feedback and development.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in speech language therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Language Pathology. Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist. 3+ years of clinical experience in speech

• language pathology. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. Strong communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly as either part
