Key Responsibilities

• Implements the individualized plan of care as established by the occupational therapist.

• Adjusts treatment interventions in response to patient feedback, objective data and observation within the established plan of care.

• Identifies need for changes in plan of care and communicates with supervising occupational therapist.

• Assists the occupational therapist with managing the established discharge plan throughout treatment.

Requirements

• #LI-AR1 Required: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapist assistant program.

• Current State Board of Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure.

• Preferred: One year of occupational therapist assistant experience.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
